The Production Studio is where you build and run your channel. Everything you need — content, scheduling, VOD, monetization, and AI tools — is in one place.
What's on screen
- Left sidebar — quick access to Add Videos, Create Channel, Schedule TV Programs, Video on Demand, Get HLS Link, Integrate VAST Tag, Sublease a Channel, and your settings.
- Center — your channel card and your video library, organized into folders (Clips, Movies, Music, Sounds) with search and category filters.
- Right — the TV Program Calendar, where you schedule and manage what plays on your channel.
- AI assistant — available throughout the Studio to answer questions and take actions on your behalf.
The basic workflow
- Add videos to your library from YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, or a direct URL.
- Schedule them on the calendar, or use Instant Schedule, Autopilot, or Loop Daily to fill your channel automatically.
- Enable Video on Demand so viewers can watch content on their schedule.
- Publish and share your channel — embed on your site, get an HLS link, or push to TV apps.
- Optionally add VAST ads, PPV, or viewer subscriptions to monetize.
Video on Demand (VOD)
The Video on Demand page in the studio lets you choose which videos from your library appear in the VOD section of your channel. Viewers browsing your channel on the web or in your apps will see two sections: Scheduled Broadcast (your live linear schedule) and Video on Demand (the on-demand library), and can switch between them freely.
Native AI assistant
Strimm includes a built-in AI assistant you can access directly in the studio. Ask it anything about Strimm or give it instructions and it will act for you:
- Create a channel
- Import videos matching a topic or search phrase
- Build or fill a schedule
- Answer questions about any Strimm feature
The AI assistant handles the actions inside your account — you stay in control and can review or adjust anything it creates.
